I want to tell you something I wish someone had told me earlier. Your hands, your eye for detail, your care for the people who sit in your chair, these are not small things. They are the beginning of a real skill, a real income, and a real future. In this industry, what you can do matters more than where you came from. Nobody can take a skill away from you once it lives in your hands.
